"Prism", is Emma Blaise Doty's Capstone film created during their Senior year at Pratt Institute. “Prism” acts as the container for a multimedia, abstract, experimental experience. In this film we will go on a journey through the full spectrum of light and color. There is no particular narrative as we travel through these colors. The themes of the landscapes portraying these colors are inspired by the 7 chakra points. Each scene includes visuals and symbolism for elements of what each color represents. Some experimental techniques used for this film are camera less animation, animating with a microscope and animating with reflective materials. The end of the film, after we progress through the color spectrum is meant to bring us to enlightenment. The purpose and goal of this piece is  to bring people a feeling of serenity and love.
